**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and post staff schedules with precision

- Track attendance, monitor lateness, and absences

- Provide insightful reports to management regarding productive and non-productive hours

- Coordinate, approve, and maintain records of schedule changes ensuring seamless operations

- Collaborate with HR to ensure prompt and fair administration of attendance policies

- Provide timely reports to DON, Facility Administrator, and management on staffing-related issues

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

- Team player with excellent communication skills

- Previous experience as a scheduler preferred

- Experince working in a long-term care facility is required
